back with a bang!!!

First of all, millions of apologies for every unfortunate being who stumbled over my blog since the last post (though I know that there would hardly be any such unfortunates). Today I realized something, some things in life are not meant to be understood; they are just supposed to happen. Things both good as well as bad. Things good like 1p/sec calls and things bad like when you have no one to talk to when you really wish to talk.

Updates updates. Since I was missing for the last 2 months, no points guessing that a lot happened over these days. First of all, the boring stuff. Had the 3rd semester exams in the very first week of the month, in which I am not sure how I fared, probably average.(thank the heavens for relative grading and my lab-mate who helped me selflessly during exams). In the third week I was back home and was enjoying some exquisite food. Bought myself a new guitar, an acoustic Granada one. What I learned first to play on it was “Happy Birthday”, which was really loved by my sis on 31st of December. The first week of January was quite busy as I’d a lot of trips here and there. As that wasn’t enough for me I clubbed a trip to a nearby hangout with my friends and it was real fun. Now that I look back at those days, it makes me want to relive it all again. My ten day off campus stay proved to be refreshing, invigorating and of course, calming. Ah well, the holiday ended soon enough and I returned back to my monastery, loaded with gifts, thoughts, and marks, some temporary, others indelible.

Once back on campus, reality seized me by the collar, hissed angrily and said, pull up your socks kid. I realized my classmates have prepared study plans for at least 5 different subjects (which were supposed to add up to our semester marks) and had conveniently left me out alone. And so I spent the entire last week trying to figure out how to invade a single paper ( –_-** ), and of course attempting to look not very surprised when the faculty declared it was “D-day” for submission of some assignment of which I had no clue. Now that I was aware of how considerate my classmates were, I decided to take things slightly differently. I incorporated the ultimate technique of handling pressure of my own devise. “Fukitall”. In other words, I gave up and chilled out. >_> Heh.

The most interesting part of my KIIT Bhubaneswar sophomore year is about to come up sometime this month. It’s the hottest event that marks the beginning of the festivities on campus. And its called, “KRITANSH”. Stay tuned for blow by blow description of the days in the run up to the event. More next time.
