I guess I learned that, if u want something or someone you’ve to go for it. Really, we should say YES! to life, YES is the new NO :P <<now much of movie dialogues>> . I am so excited that I feel I must blog about it too, having twittered and facebooked about it already.
“Kritansh”(annual tech fest of KIIT University) commenced on 14th of feb with much hullabaloo but I was quite far away from these stuff as I knew that a much awaited and a much bigger event was in store for me.. As some friends around me were busy making cards and wrapping gifts for their inamorata [:P] , and I enjoyed one more v-day being single.. New couples started forming in the campus.. heartbreaks and heartaches were the flavor of that day .anyways..the day passed and everything was ready for 15th .. as it all started then only..
My roomie and me started off at around 12 in the afternoon… when we reached the station we came to know that our train was running late by an hour.. spending an hour at the station made us do all that what a bored brain can do.. clicking absurd pictures of rails, peanuts and even the water coolers. The train finally arrived and we’re off to witness something truly awesome… the journey was a bit tiring but we squeezed that tiredness out of our body only to experience the ultimate..
We reached Hyderabad around 11 am. a friend of ours was already there to receive us. Each time we called him informing about our whereabouts, a lady picked up the phone which we guessed as our friend’s mom. But it was his girlfriend, about whom we knew from the 1st days of college.. it was nice meeting both of them. They booked an auto for us, speaking some local language we thought they were booking it at some lower rates..(Though it charged 230 rupees). J we reached the venue in an hour witnessing many things that we’d never seen before.. the city was like same as a contemporary city would be like.. but a PORSCHE and HARLEY DAVIDSON showroom made all the difference. Above all, a black ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM was a thing you would rarely see on Indian roads. Once reached we walked straight to the ticket pick up points and got our passes.. my roomie stated them as the most beautiful thing made of paper…
As informed at the counter the gates were to open at 5 pm.. so we had around 4 hrs to check out that place. Clicked some random pics. And then we had our lunch, it was a Nepali restaurant ,the cuisine was a bit different, rather funny but I liked the food…surprisingly when I took out a large bill to pay the amount, he took his tip by his own and thanked me. then we sat under a tree, my friend smoked some ciggys and then we went back to the venue. Found our way to the silver entry gates and started waiting for them to open.
